First you need to go to xbox.com/xboxliveupdate to register for the update. To register you will need your console number and your serial number. To get this information. Go to you My Xbox/ System setting/ System Info. And it will be the first 2 numbers above. Once you have registered. Microsoft with inform you by e-mail when you new twitter update is ready.
